Making a model of the Earth!
Materials:
-choose from: round fruit/ball/globe
-choose from: stick/chopstick/pen (represents the Earth's axis)
-torch (flashlight)
Steps:
1. The round shape item represents the Earth with a tilted axis.
2. Spin the chosen item. This represents the Earth rotating on its axis.
3. Shine the torch on the item. This represents the Sun shining on the Earth.
4. Now stick a piece of coloured tape on the item. Continue to shine the torch on the item.
5. Spin the item and watch the sticker.
6. Take a photo of you doing the experiment.
